Health Insurance Coverage Requirement

Spanish immigration rules require your health insurance to cover more than just your course dates. For programs of 6 months or less, coverage must start 30 days before your course begins and continue until 15 days after it ends. For programs longer than 6 months, insurers issue a full 12-month policy, starting from your entry date into Spain.
